Let the good times roll with the flavors of Louisiana. Our chef will serve up jazzy jambalaya cooked over an open flame in a specially designed cast iron jambalaya pot. In addition to the main event, we also provide appetizers, a salad course and dessert. If you choose to cook up your own Cajun feast, choose from a 4, 7 or 10-gallon cast iron pot. The pot fits snugly into a sturdy solid steel tripod stand and comes with a Banjo Cooker burner.

Lobster & Fish Boil
We’ll bring the lobster, you bring the crowd. The menu also includes summer classics like fresh-picked corn on the cob, boiled potatoes and coleslaw. Our restaurant-sized lobster pots can handle a hungry crowd. Choose a 62-quart, 82-quart or 142-quart size and feed your family or the neighborhood. The pots feature a steamer inset to make it easy to serve up your feast.

Booya Bash
Need to feed a crowd? Consider hosting a booya party. Booya is a type of stew usually prepared in large quantities, and it is a great way to feed a lot of hungry guests. There are probably as many booya recipes as there are booya cooks, but the dish generally involves beef, chicken and pork as well as a variety of vegetables including carrots, rutabagas, celery and potatoes. Don’t even get booya cooks started on the “correct” seasonings.

Outdoor Wok
With our 22-inch Big Kahuna wok, we’ll whip up an Asian-inspired menu for your guests, featuring stir-fry, traditional noodle dishes and delicious fried rice. The food will be sizzling, but your kitchen won’t since the meal is cooked outside using a specially designed burner. The wok is a fast and easy way to cook large amounts of food for backyard barbeques, family gatherings and group outings.

Paella Party
In Spain, paella is traditionally cooked over an open flame. Our chef will fire up the outdoor burner and cook up an impressive version of this Spanish classic featuring shellfish, chorizo and other authentic ingredients. With a selection of tapas and dessert, all you need to add is a little Flamenco music. We carry paella pans in a range of sizes, from 8 inches to 52 inches. Made of carbon steel, the pans are great for all types of outdoor cooking. Try them for fish fries, an oven pancake or grilled sandwiches.
