Our Grillmasters Hickory Smoked Pork is the ideal entree for Graduation Parties, Backyard BBQ’s, Company Parties, Family Reunions and Neighborhood Get-togethers!

Kitchen Window now offers Hickory Smoked Pork by the butt. Choose from two varieties - our Famous Grillmasters Dry Rub or Grillmasters Porketta.

Grillmasters Dry Rub:
Kitchen Window's signature Grillmasters Dry Rub is comprised of smoked paprika, brown sugar, chili powder, oregano, garlic, smoked black pepper, ancho chili, chipotle chili, mustard, cayenne, turmeric, cumin, thyme and basil. This style pork is ideal for pulled pork sandwiches either with or without barbecue sauce or made into pork tacos.

Grillmasters Porketta:
Porketta is an Italian style pork commonly found in East Coast Deli's and on the Minnesota Iron Range. Kitchen Window's signature red porketta rub is based on a family recipe and is comprised of Italian seasonings including; paprika, pepper, salt, dill seed, garlic, onion, fennel, celery seed, parsley, crushed red pepper, oregano, basil and bay leaf. The pork is butterflied, the seasoning applied and the pork is trussed for smoking. Porketta style pork is ideal for thick slicing and serving as an entree or thin slicing and serving as a sandwich on hard rolls or ciabatta rolls.

Porketta sandwich serving ideas:

  • porketta with regular or whole grain mustard
  • porketta topped with sauteed peppers and onions
  • porketta topped with sauteed peppers, onions and provolone
  • porketta topped with carmalized onions and arugula
  • porketta topped with sauteed broccoli rabe and provolone

The Smoking Process:
Both styles of Hickory Smoked Pork are slow roasted to order over Hickory wood on our commercial smoker. Our pork smokes for an average of 10 hours and the result is a moist flavorful pork that is easily served warm in a chafing dish or crock pot at your event.

Price/Orders
All orders must be for whole butts. You may take the butt whole, sliced or shredded. Approximate weight per finished butt is 5-7 lbs. Minimum order 10 pounds (2 butts)

$7.99 per pound - whole pork butt
$9.99 per pound - shredded or sliced

7 days advance notice required. Price charged is based on cooked weight.
