Let Kitchen Window’s Culinary Team show you how to make quick work of cutting up everyday vegetables like carrots, potatoes and squash. Learn the keys to creating perfect planks, sticks, and dice.  Then we’ll work on herbs and the basics of chiffonade, mincing.
