Kitchen Window's - Relocation & Expansion
Fall 2009
If youve visited us recently, you know that construction is underway at Calhoun Square. Were looking forward to the changes in our future and wanted to give you a sneak preview of our new look.
Both the store and the cooking school will be moving to new, larger homes in Calhoun Squares former Borders location in 2009. Well gain substantial space in the store, giving us more room for exciting new products in an environment that will enhance your shopping experience. The cooking school is also growing, and in the new space well have three distinct venues for our cooking classes and private events: a large classroom, a more intimate classroom and a private outdoor classroom. But some things wont change well still have the best selection in town for cookware, cutlery, bakeware, small electrics, coffee and tea and more. Our knowledgeable staff will be here to serve you and help you choose the products that are right for you.The cooking school will continue to offer classes taught by some of the most well-known chefs in the Twin Cities, as well as our own Executive Chef and other engaging instructors. And not only will the space be new the school will be stocked with all new equipment, from the stove, dishwasher and refrigerator to the dishes, knives and wine glasses.
After almost 25 years in our current store location, and 10 years in our current cooking school, we are thrilled with the opportunity to update our space to reflect the pride that we take in serving you and bringing you the highest quality and widest variety of products available locally. We ask you to excuse the dust and other renovation issues as Calhoun Square and Kitchen Window gear up for the next 25 years. We know the end result will be worth it, and we cant wait to show you our new look.

The Calhoun Square Redevelopment Plan
The Calhoun Square redevelopment includes an additional two levels on the parking ramp, renovation of the mall's interior, creation of a pedestrian plaza on Girard Avenue, plus the addition of many new retail shops and services within Calhoun Square. All this newness and change is being accomplished while we are open and operating. The ramp has been converted to a Valet system while it is under construction, both for safety reasons as well as helping to maximize parking while under construction.Calhoun Square - we are so open and so worth the visit. Please visit www.calhounsquare.com for additional information on the renovation as well as tenant announcements and upcoming events.Redevelopment Drawings
