Tupelojito
Ingredients
20oz Savannah Bee Company Tupelo Honey
Cold water – to fill
1 bag of ice
10-12 medium limes
A handful of spearmint sprigs
Light Rum (optional)

Method
Combine 20oz of honey with 12oz of warm water and stir together until the honey has completely dissolved or, even easier, pour into sealed container & shake. Place 1 bag of ice into pitchers or a large 1.5 gallon (192oz) dispenser. Pour the honey / water mixture over the ice. Fill the rest of the container with cold water (or sparkling water). Cut limes in half and juice. Pour juice into mixture. Squeeze the bunch of mint springs and add to mixture. Stir. Add more honey, water or limes to your taste.

Makes 1.5 Gallons
