Window's Award Winning Moroccan Mocha
Ingredients
1⁄4 teaspoon Ras el Hanout (Moroccan spice blend)
10 oz Whole Milk
1⁄2 oz Ghirardelli Chocolate Syrup
2 oz (dbl shot) Espresso
Method
Combine
Ras el Hanout and milk in steaming pitcher. Steam to 150-160°.
Put syrup in bottom of cup and brew espresso into cup. Combine
with steamed milk mixture.

one 6-8oz serving
