Window's Marinated Merlot Rubbed Flank Steak
Ingredients
1-2 pounds Beef Flank Steak
1⁄2 c. Balsamic Vinegar, Masserie
1 t. Salt
2 T. Velvet Hammer Merlot Beef Rub (enough to coat)
Method
Coat flank steak with balsamic vinegar and marinade in balsamic
for 5 minutes. Remove the steak from the balsamic. Season
steak with salt and coat with rub. Using a grill pan, or your
outdoor grill, grill on high heat until surfaces are caramelized
and desired doneness is reached (medium rare recommended).
