Window's Chile Lime Cheese Fondue
Ingredients
2 T. butter
1 c. chopped onion
1⁄4 cup chopped green pepper
2 T. Velvet Hammer Chile Lime Coffee Rub
2 cups heavy cream
3 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Method
Melt butter in heavy skillet over medium high heat, add onion
and pepper, then sauté 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add coffee rub and sauté for another 5 minutes. Whisk
in cream and shredded cheese; cook until melted. Thin with
milk to desired consistency.
