Aztec Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
1/2 cup Valhrona cocoa powder
3/4 cup superfine sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
1/2 teaspoon ancho chili powder
1/4 teaspoon chiptole powder
1/4 teaspoon Vietnamese cinnamon
Method
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Package in a glass jar for gifting
Combine 2-3 Tablespoons of Aztec Hot Chocolate Mix to taste in a mug of hot milk and stir.
