Guest Chef Scott Rosenbaum
We are proud to introduce Chef Scott Rosenbaum – Executive Chef at Kitchen Window in Minneapolis, Minnesota. For the past six years, Scott has developed programs for private and public classes in subjects as varied as bread baking and Indian cuisine; and describes himself as a perpetual student of the culinary arts – learning as much as he teaches. In his tenure with Kitchen Window, Scott has developed extensive culinary programs involving cuisines from various diverse locations, such as Morocco and Puerto Rico. He considers himself fortunate to be involved with Kitchen Window’s successful and adventurous culinary school. Scott has a varied background that has involved cooking from the beginning. A “grandma-taught chef,” he has literally cooked for 35 of his 43 years and has been continually involved with cooking through several career changes. Scott has been a personal chef and does catering in addition to his other duties. Scott has also been a keystone in developing Kitchen Window’s corporate team building program, bringing with him over 15 years of experience in team training and development. Scott provides an overwhelming amount of fun and entertainment to each and every group that he works with; and the participants consistently rave about his amazing presence and extensive culinary knowledge.

Feb 2-3 - Optional pre-cruise stay in Ft. Lauderdale

Day 1 - Feb 4 - Ft. Lauderdale, Florida 5:00 p.m.
• Transfer to the ship from the airport. Embarkation begins at 1:00 PM and all aboard by 4:00
