As a native Californian, Chef Lori Valenziano has always appreciated the freshest of the seasons, and she brings that sensibility to her position as chef and buyer for Lucia’s Restaurant and Lucia’s To Go. When she decided to pursue her career in cooking, she attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School. While in school she began working at Levain and then completed a two-month internship at Le Gavroche in London.  She has made her home at Lucia’s for the past five years.
