Jeremy was born in the Twin Cities and studied in New York at the Culinary Institute of America. He has worked at a number of restaurants in the Twin Cities, including Fhima's, Napa Valley Grille, Three Fish and Lord Fletcher's. He has also worked at Aureole in Las Vegas. At Mission American Kitchen and Bar, Jeremy puts his personal spin on traditional comfort food using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
